Kitchen Time

Again did a kitchen experiment this Sunday. This time it was Fish Biryani. Came out pretty decent. Wife liked it. This is my second attempt at fish Biryani. the first one was not so good.Got the recipe from the net . But didn’t follow it exactly . Improvised a lot. Only confidence was the Tai Restaurant next to our home.Anyway the result was good.
